These Terms & Conditions govern use of FinancialMentalHealth.com and purchases of services offered through the website. By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

FinancialMentalHealth.com offers financial education, financial coaching, AI-assisted Financial Plan Reviews, and access to separately provided counseling services.

Descriptions, pricing, availability, and service details may be updated from time to time.

Financial Education and Coaching

Financial coaching, Financial Plan Reviews, website content, Checkup results, and related materials are educational in nature. They do not constitute individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or securities advice.

You remain responsible for your financial decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

AI-Assisted Financial Plan Review

The Financial Plan Review may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with organizing information, identifying patterns, and preparing educational observations or recommendations.

AI-generated information can contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate conclusions. The Financial Plan Review should not be relied upon as the sole basis for significant financial, legal, tax, investment, or other important decisions.

Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when completing forms, questionnaires, payment screens, or other submissions.

FinancialMentalHealth.com is not responsible for errors or incomplete results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by a customer.

Financial Coaching Sessions

Financial coaching sessions are scheduled after purchase using the contact information provided by the customer.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide reasonable notice by email whenever possible.

Counseling Services

Counseling services are provided separately by Erin Dale, LCSW, and are available only to eligible clients located in California, subject to professional licensing requirements and applicable law.

Purchasing a counseling session does not automatically establish a therapist-client relationship. Counseling may begin only after required intake, consent, eligibility, and other professional requirements have been completed.

If counseling cannot be provided because the purchaser is not eligible for the service, FinancialMentalHealth.com will work with the purchaser regarding an appropriate refund or other resolution.

Refunds

Because services involve professional time, preparation, administrative work, or individualized review, refunds are generally not available after substantial work on a purchased service has begun or after the service has been delivered.

If you purchase a service by mistake, are unable to use the service, or believe a refund is appropriate, contact us promptly at jim@financialmentalhealth.com. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the amount of work already performed.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that may be available under applicable law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a coaching or counseling appointment.

Repeated missed appointments, failure to provide requested intake information, or failure to respond to reasonable attempts to schedule a purchased service may affect our ability to provide the service.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Payment processing is also subject to the payment processor’s applicable terms and policies.

No Guarantee of Results

FinancialMentalHealth.com does not guarantee any specific financial, personal, investment, debt-reduction, savings, income, or mental-health outcome.

Results depend on many factors, including customer circumstances, decisions, participation, accuracy of information provided, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Website Availability

We attempt to keep FinancialMentalHealth.com available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page, feature, link, or third-party service will always operate without error.

Third-Party Services and Links

FinancialMentalHealth.com may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, artificial intelligence services, and other websites or resources.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or performance.

Intellectual Property
